Suddenly started to fail to pick up the phone and talk to their customer when he rings.... Sorry not all of us want to book online, or give you all the information you demand of us before doing so.Update - After 13 min I got a call back from the dentist, which I much appreciate and I understand they can have busy periods. So thank you for booking me an appointment.Ok so it's now February 2019, my December 3rd appointment was cancelled by them. I had a filling fall out days before Christmas and because their online booking system doesn't work and they don't answer the phone I'm in no man's land again.. They've now sent me a text telling me I'm due a check up and could I arrange one.... How !Update - A day after posting this they've arranged me an appointment which I'm happy to attend. But to my mind there has to be a better way to communicate with them than through google maps. Could they not allow me to text them back on the number they text me ?
Avoid. Rude and short receptionist. The usual long waits for a contradicting dentist. Sure enough speaking to another one there gets a different reply. Very long wait times for appointments then texts cancelling appointments and no answer when you call repeatedly. It's also a very stuffy, dingy place with poor ventilation.

I think I was the quickest patient to join and then leave. The receptionist I spoke to had the worst telephone manner I have had the unfortunate pleasure to come into contact with. If she talks to potentially new patients with a rude and sarcastic tone to her voice, I dread to think how she speaks to long standing patients.
This is a brilliant dental centre, I have been with them for many years and they have always looked after me with a 5 star service with text message reminders and even on the rare ocassion when the Dentist might be ill they always contact me in good time and rearrange a swift replacement appointment. They always accommodate my ocassional emergency needs and I could not be happier with their service.
