Good large car park, never been so full that I can't get parked. Had all the things I required in stock. A well laid out store, there's usually a hot food vendor in the yard for a bacon buttie etc if you need a quick break at lunchtimes. As well as DIY stuff there's always plenty of gardening things and indoor and outside plants.

Normally 5 star service. Today, I'm very disappointed, B&Q Have withdrawn their own 'Colours' paint range, for a poorer selection of colours in a New 'Goodhome' range, personally I think this was a BIG mistake. Buyer's beware!!!!
Need to replace the toilet cistern which I did after I popped here to buy the new cistern. Easy to fit, did the job perfectly. Now have a full functional toilet
Nice clean store, plenty of parking and trolleys available and good signage in store to find what was needed. Staff were extremely helpful and even pointed me to the right person for the correct advice I needed. They were friendly and polite with both myself and my children. I've not had such a pleasant trip to a shop in a long time. Thank you to the staff for making my visit so simple and easy.
