An absolutely brilliant kennels. Very polite and friendly staff that go above and beyond for your animals. To make their stay as comfortable and stress free as possible. They love my Jasmine and she in turn loves them, and they have always taken great care of jasmine. Especially as she needs alot of attention with a few medical conditions, requiring daily medication. They performed all tasks needed brilliantly. The kennels are nice with cosy beds and individual outside area they can freely go through to, especially in summer. And heating for the colder months as well. The price for the stay is also extremely fab and reasonable. They even sell a few bits like varied treats and bowls as well. They also perform extras if needed like bathing your pet upon pick up for a small fee. I Would highly recommend this place for either your dog or cat. I absolutely love them. And will always board jasmine here when needed. Thank you all at bed and biscuits for your amazing care of jasmine. Xx
Recommended - my dogs love coming here & they always get excited when I drop them off. They're always in good condition when I collect them & they love getting fuss from the staff.

Bed biscuits what can I say where do I start bought my 2 shztus from bed biscuits 2011 for yrs Sharon the "groomer" as always groomed both of my dogs but beginning of 2018 my dogs went fr there normal full groom she's been trained by the owner always been happy but on that occasion my husband &myself collected them they was unusually quiet Sharon had completely shaved his hair of his bottom red raw he could nt even sit down I phoned also texted hr did nt even phone me back I then phoned the owner Denise hr husband answered I asked what I could do to ease the soreness & pain I heard Denise say what's she asking me for she finally came to the phone told me to use savlon or Vaseline Sharon eventually phoned me said LOL she wondered why he kept trying to sit down I've let hr knw how much the vets bill came to never gt back in touch still waiting for hr to phone or call round they are not bothered to think I paid 400 PR dog now they nt even interested ?!!!! Never will I go back to bed biscuits dogs grooming services again!!!! Beware everyone if u love ur pets please do nt put yr dogs in their hands think about yr dogs safety one of mine had treatment to get rid of infection the vet was nt impressed either
My three dogs have stayed there on several occasions and despite not being the easiest to look after they all come out very happy. Great staff who love their jobs. Would recommend them to anyone
